The Opening Number – Dance Celebration 2026
We are thrilled to announce something very special for Dance Celebration 2026 — and we want you to be part of it!
This year, we’re inviting all of our teen dance students to perform together in an exciting opening number. No matter your style — ballet, modern, acro, or hip-hop — this is your chance to come together as one incredible teen cast to kick off the show in style.
This powerful opening piece will be performed in all three shows at the Cork Opera House, alongside your own class routines. It’s going to be an unforgettable way to start the celebration!
Rehearsal Dates:
• Sunday, 8th March | 2:00–3:30pm
• Sunday, 22nd March | 2:00–3:30pm
To take part, you must be available for both rehearsals.
Everyone who attends both rehearsals will be included in the opening number.
We are so excited about bringing our teen dancers together for this special performance and would love to see as many of you as possible involved. It’s going to be high-energy, inspiring, and a brilliant experience to share.
