2026 FEIS MAITIU
Feis Maitiú is an annual music and drama festival held at the Father Mathew Hall in Cork City in the Spring.
CLOSING DATE: The Closing Date for receipt of entry forms is Wednesday, 26th November, 2025. You can apply via the Feis Maitiu website.

FEIS CALENDAR: The Feis proposed 2026 calendar is listed below. Please note that dates are subject to change depending on entries and availability of adjudicators.
Section III – Vocal Action Songs Saturday, 24th – Monday, 2nd March
SECTION: Our students will be entering the Action Songs categories. Age division is from your age on December 31st 2025. The website has an age chart available. Age Chart
ACCOMPANIST: Studio Wolfe will organise an accompanist to rehearse and perform with for a fee. (Pianists cost approx : €70 but we will wait to confirm prices )
ACTION SONGS
(a) Performers must engage their own accompanist.
(b) Performers are reminded to consult Regulations Nos. 5, 12, 20 and 21.
(c) Songs must be appropriate for age and vocal ability of Performer/s.
(d) Songs from Set Musicals in Classes 23 and 24 may NOT be used in the Action Song Classes. (e) Marks will be awarded for originality of programmes, 70% for singing and 30% for movement. (f) In Group Classes a large percentage of performance must be Group singing.
*NB. Performers to announce the title and composer of own choice programmes.
