As we come to the end of another incredible year at Studio Wolfe, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to each of you for being part of our vibrant and supportive community. It has been a joy and a privilege for our teaching team to watch our students grow, thrive, and shine — especially as many stepped onto the stages of the Cork Opera House and The Everyman for the very first time.

For some, this year marked their final performance with us before they head off to university, and we send them forward with pride and a touch of sadness — they will always be part of the Studio Wolfe family.

We’re already looking forward to the new term, which begins on 8th September. Please find below all the details you’ll need to re-register (open to current students and their family members only), including class timetables and the calendar for the term. As always, we have an exciting line-up of events planned for both our dance drama and singing students — more details will follow soon!

TERM 1 INFORMATION

To secure your child’s place at Studio Wolfe for the new term, we kindly ask all families to register as soon as possible. A non-refundable €50 deposit per family is required and will be deducted from your September fees. Places fill up quickly, so early registration is essential.

CALENDAR - TERM 1

Term 1 will commence on Monday, September 8th 2025.
The studio will close for the mid-term after classes on Friday, October 24th and reopen on Saturday, November 1st.
We will close for Christmas holidays after classes on Saturday, December 13th.
The studio will reopen in the New Year on Monday, January 5th 2026.
The last day of term will be Saturday, January 17th 2026.
Term 2 will commence from Monday, January 19th 2026.

We are using a new system to re-register all current students this year, please find the link below and follow these steps to setting up your account:

Go to https://www.thinksmartsoftwareuk.com/customer_portal_v2 and enter the company code: HDCEETM4.
Select Register a new account (you may have an account if you registered as a new student in the past 2 years).
Once signed up, select “Students” from the menu bar on the top left of the page and add your childrens details.
Once the students have been added, select “Classes” and “Add Enrollments”, select your child, add a “filter” (To choose the classes you are interested in , eg: Little Stars) and add the classes you wish to attend in September (do this for each student).
Complete the checkout and pay €50 to secure your place for term 1.

Please note when using the booking system, you must select your chosen class and complete the checkout for the €50 registration fee to secure your child's place.
