Rehearsals for the junior ensemble will be every Sunday 5-6.30pm.
Rehearsals for our teens, as usual from 6.30-8pm.
From mid April onwards, rehearsal will be from 5-8pm.
Seussical will be staged in our studios on the weekend of May 16th & 17th.
You must be available for all practice dates.
Dates :
- Jan 25.
- Feb 1, Feb 8, Feb 15 (start of mid term break ), Feb 22.
- March 1, March 8, March 15, March 22, March 29 (start of School Easter holidays on the 27th).
- Nothing Easter weekend April 5.
- Nothing Opera House Dance Show weekend 11/12 April.
- Extended rehearsal time begins 5-8pm)
- April 19 , April 26.
- May 3 (long weekend), May 10.
- Show weekend May 16/17.
Rehearsal Commitment & Attendance
Musical theatre productions require a high level of commitment. Please note the following key points:
• Rehearsal attendance is mandatory.
• Absences are permitted only in exceptional circumstances (We appreciate people get sick).
• Absences will result in:
– 1st absence: removal from scenes and musical numbers, covered in the missed rehearsal.
– 2nd absence: role redistributed
– 3rd absence: removal from the production
If a student cannot attend a rehearsal, advance notice must be given to a member of the production team to allow for adjustments.
