As part of our Mental Health Awareness Week, we have put together a daily Gratitude Journal for you to fill out. 

Filling out these journals can have a great impact on our happiness and help us manage the feelings we are all having due to the current lockdown.

The journal is suitable for children from the ages of 8 - 18 years.
